KaamCart is operated by Servaza Technologies Private Limited. By booking a service through this app, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Pricing
All prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is added at 18% on every booking type. Final price is confirmed before you complete your booking. Prices may change between bookings but are locked once a booking is confirmed.
2. Service Delivery
We aim to assign a verified expert as quickly as possible. Instant bookings are typically served within 10–30 minutes depending on expert availability in your area; scheduled bookings are served at your chosen time slot.
2.1 Hourly / Expert On-Demand Bookings
For hourly bookings, you may direct the expert's time towards any task(s) listed in our services catalogue, for the duration you've booked. Tasks outside our listed services — such as cooking, childcare, pet care, or similar household activities not offered on KaamCart — are not covered and the expert is not obligated to perform them.
3. Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled before an expert is assigned without any charge. Once an expert is on the way, cancellations may be subject to a small convenience fee, communicated at the time of cancellation.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription plans run for 30 calendar days from the start date and include a dedicated expert with an instant-replacement guarantee if your expert is unavailable on a given day. Pausing or rescheduling a day requires at least 12 hours' notice.
5. Payments
Cash on Service is currently our supported payment method. Online payment options will be added soon.
6. Service Area
We currently operate in select areas of Noida, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, and Agra. We're expanding quickly — if we're not in your area yet, we'll notify you as soon as we launch there.
7. Customer Conduct
We expect respectful behaviour towards our experts at all times. Any reports of misconduct from either side will be reviewed and may affect your ability to use the platform.
